
Senior Leadership Position

This is a senior-level management position responsible for leading the National Sales team in the development and deployment of strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate end-markets/segments to identify growth opportunities, including new geographies and business models.
- Analyze data to build and deploy sales programs that improve customer satisfaction and ensure long-term success.
- Support the leadership team with market intelligence, reporting, and key business presentations.
Growth & Transformation Projects:
- Entry strategy for new products/geographies: Identify growth opportunities, plan, and execute with respective business leaders.
- Design and implement sales enablement programs with cross-functional teams.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute reporting and analytic needs.
- Manage dashboards and use key insights to make recommendations to leadership.
Market Intelligence:
- Manage competitive intelligence for sales market trends, competition actions, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Provide an outside-in perspective to senior leadership.
Execution of Key Programs/Initiatives:
- Drive key initiatives across 350+ member sales team and cross-functional teams.
- Program and stakeholder management.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
