The Client Implementation Specialist plays a key role in the successful delivery of implementation projects and acts as a support resource throughout the project, working closely with the project team.

Key tasks include:

  • Document generation
  • Electronic banking system setups
  • Testing and validation
  • SUPPORTING CLIENT QUERIES AND ISSUES

In addition to these tasks, the Client Implementation Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Liaising with onshore implementation and service teams on all documentation related to new account openings, account closures, and other changes
  • Managing implementation and maintenance-related documentation requirements, including signature verification and digitized document archival
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of implementation projects assigned

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin speaking and writing
  • 3-7 years of experience in project management in a client-facing role
  • 2-5 years of experience in handling cash management products is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin
  • Analytical capabilities and logical thinking
  • Experience in IT systems administration or networking is an advantage
