Project Leadership

As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for driving our digitalization and automation initiatives forward.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Oversee project financials, guaranteeing profitable outcomes and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stay agile, updating project plans as needed to reflect changing priorities and requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts to achieve shared goals and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, allocate resources, and ensure effective conflict resolution.
  • Establish open lines of communication with the customer's project management office (PMO), aligning project deliverables with customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, mediating issues and fostering trust across various functional areas and project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, capitalizing on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Present regular progress reports to management, clearly articulating challenges, resolutions, and future plans in alignment with established governance protocols.

You are expected to be an expert in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Project scheduling tools (MS Project, Office 365 Project)
  • Agile methodologies (JIRA, Planner, MS Planner, Kanban)
