Digital Transformation Leader

As a strategic leader in BIM technologies, you will spearhead the implementation and management of digital construction workflows across all projects. You'll oversee BIM teams, drive innovation, ensure compliance with global standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives in design and construction workflows.
  • Manage BIM teams including managers, coordinators, and modelers.
  • Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure timely delivery of digital models.
BIM Leadership Skills:
  • Implement and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and QA/QC processes.
  • Ensure integration of BIM with other platforms (e.g., ERP, project management tools).
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers & contractors
Training & Development:
  • Mentor BIM professionals and conduct training programs.
  • Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM roles
  • Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and other BIM standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
