Job Overview

The Client Implementation Associate supports the efficient delivery of cash management projects and acts as a project coordinator for the implementation of cash products. The role involves collaborating with onshore teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with onshore implementation and service teams to manage documentation requirements, including signature verification and digitized document archival.
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
  • Distribute documents to other branches/departments if needed.
  • Evaluate and resolve issues with L2 support teams.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in handling project management in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin speaking and writing, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
  • Strong team player skills.
