We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an Endpoint Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment.

  2. Deliver technology solutions on schedule and with the highest quality, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer expectations.","
  3. Provide expert guidance and direction to carry out plans and procedures, ensuring adherence to processes and performance metrics.","
  4. Offer last-tier support for operations and support teams, develop root cause analysis and preventative measures, and serve as an escalation point for the Client Support Services Team.","
  5. Facilitate support for anything related to End-User Computing, focusing on Endpoint Security Protection and application management.","
  6. Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.","
  7. Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment, including creating images, deploying VMs, and monitoring VM performance.","
  8. Develop automated solutions for deploying software packages, application patches/updates, and workstation images.","
  9. Engineer and support multiple Windows desktop images.","
  10. Manage the entire lifecycle of global standard desktop and laptop models.","
  11. Maintain desktop images and modify SCCM task sequences as needed.","
  12. Monitor and address alerts from desktops using CyberArk.","
  13. Manage and support PXE environment – 1E products.","
  14. Provide level 3 support for escalated end-user issues.","
  15. Manage Microsoft and third-party patch deployments.","
  16. Package, test, and deploy new applications as needed.","
","Technical Requirements","

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ","
  • Desktop support experience in an enterprise environment.","
  • Proven experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory Structure, and managing Group Policies.","
  • Experience developing and testing software packages using InstallShield or equivalent.","
  • Skills managing a CDI environment (Azure Virtual Desktop preferred).","
  • Expert-level experience within SCCM administration, Patch Management, Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging & Automation.","
  • Expert-level experience within Endpoint Protection Engineering.","
  • Experience managing desktop environments using Microsoft Intune.","
  • Years' experience administering and deploying software using SCCM in a global environment, developing and maintaining workstation images using SCCM.","
  • Expert-level proficiency in patch management, including BIOS and firmware updates, service pack upgrades, and application-based updates.","
  • Basic database administration experience, particularly in SQL Server.","
