Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Endpoint Operations Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in managing endpoint systems and associated technologies.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

· Delivering technology and products within established roadmaps on schedule and with high quality.

· Providing advice, guidance, and direction to carry out plans and procedures, ensuring schedule attainment, product development, process adherence, and performance.

· Providing last-tier support for operations and support teams, developing root cause analysis and preventative analysis.

· Facilitating support for anything related to End User Computing environment, focusing on endpoint security protection and application management.

· Partnering with Engineering teams to develop solutions.

· Managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments including creating images, deploying VMs, and monitoring VM performance.

· Developing automated solutions for deploying software packages, application patches/updates, and workstation images.

· Maintaining desktop images and modifying SCCM task sequences as needed.

· Monitoring and addressing alerts from desktops using CyberArk.

· Managing and supporting PXE environments – 1E products.

· Providing level 3 support for escalated end-user issues.

· Managing Microsoft and third-party patch deployments.

· Packaging, testing, and deploying new applications as needed.

· Collaborating with the team to achieve objectives for the End User Computing environment.

· Maintaining and expanding existing knowledge bases.

· Creating new and maintaining existing support documents to maintain high standards in quality in the delivery of End User Computing services.

Required qualifications and skills include:

· Desktop support experience in an enterprise environment.

· Proven experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory Structure, and managing Group Policies.

· Expert-level experience within SCCM administration, patch management, imaging, scripting, MSI, packaging, and automation.

· Expert-level experience within endpoint protection engineering.

· Experience managing desktop environments using Microsoft Intune.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Motivated to learn and grow professionally.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
