AIM Delegate Acquisition Job Description

At AIM, we are seeking a highly skilled Delegate Acquisition professional to drive the expansion of our campaign initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key leaders, industry experts, and stakeholders to align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored engagement strategies and leverage the influence of identified leaders.
  • Coordinate communication channels to facilitate ongoing engagement and collaboration with leaders.
Delegate/Audience Identification and Segmentation:
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, considering demographics, interests, behaviors, and other factors.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to segment audiences effectively and enable personalized outreach efforts.
  • Refine audience profiles and segmentation strategies based on campaign performance metrics and feedback.
Acquisition Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies for each campaign, encompassing online and offline channels.
  • Leverage digital marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and influencer partnerships, to drive audience acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Campaign Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including acquisition costs, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Identify areas for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights and adjust acquisition strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in a similar role with a focus on audience acquisition, growth marketing, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and effectively engage with target audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative strategies to drive audience acquisition and campaign success.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
