Financial Data Specialist

The position of Financial Expert is a crucial one, requiring strong analytical and technical skills to manage financial data and processes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, finance, and data analysis, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and other global accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end management of intercompany cycles, including invoice processing, disbursement, and month-end close process.
- Identification of non-standard processes and standardization efforts in partnership with the Transformation & Operations team.
- Data analytics across global IC processes, including insights related to IC practices, reporting, and maintenance of a one-standard approach.
- Partnership to enable transformation opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
- Development of a comprehensive IC data warehouse and reporting functionality for global operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall finance experience, preferably in the finance domain.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GL, AR, AP, and data analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of Intercompany billing concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to full close processes for a multi-national group.
- Proactive approach with ability to use initiative and devise creative solutions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work shifts and exposure to global customers.
