Job Title: Financial Data Specialist

About the Role:
The primary objective of this role is to provide critical support to the finance department in meeting accounts receivables and financial planning requirements. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing, verifying, and recording all accounts receivables in a timely manner. This involves tracking invoices, conducting regular follow-ups with entities, and ensuring accurate reconciliations and control over accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and record all accounts receivables, ensuring timely invoicing to parent company.
2. Track invoices and conduct regular follow-ups with entities for the same.
3. Balance and reconcile accounts on a regular basis, generating accurate financial reports.
4. Ensure reconciliations & control over Accounts Receivables.
5. Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients, manage credit accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Accurate interpretation of Invoice queries received and able to respond in a timely manner.

Financial Planning and Analysis:
1. Build and maintain financial models to support management decision-making.
2. Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.
3. Assist in the coordination of the budget planning process and prepare detailed reports.
4. Work with the finance team on forecasting efforts and setting goals.

Other Areas:
1. Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping management informed of all critical issues.
2. Building relationships across functional teams, detail-oriented, and represent finance strongly in discussions.

Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred with 2-3+ years of experience.
2. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst and familiarity with Accounts Receivables.
3. Proficiency in using advanced Excel and other accounting software.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate effectively and present financial data to non-financial personnel.
