Job Description

The role of Business Financial Specialist is pivotal in ensuring that financial considerations align with broader business strategies and goals. This individual contributes to the organization's success by providing comprehensive financial insights, analysis, and support for strategic decision-making.

This specialist will provide financial insights and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives. They will assess the financial impact of proposed strategies and recommend adjustments as needed. Furthermore, they will build and maintain financial models to simulate different scenarios and evaluate the potential outcomes of strategic decisions.

In addition, this specialist will conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects or initiatives to assess their financial viability. They will assist in optimizing resource allocation to maximize returns. The specialist will also interpret financial data and present findings to business stakeholders.

Furthermore, this specialist will collaborate with Market Research Analysts and Strategic Analysts to incorporate financial data into broader market and industry analyses. They will identify and assess financial risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential negative impacts on the organization's financial health.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in strategic planning and analysis is preferred.
