Project Management Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our project teams and drive financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and manufacturing processes, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Lead project teams to achieve financial objectives while ensuring overall project responsibility.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments as the primary technical interface for project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, functional analysis, and internal specifications, including feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Conduct cost calculations and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain project summaries, including cost proposals and workflows.
  • Organize project reviews, kick-off meetings, and ensure proper documentation according to ISO/TS 16949 processes.
  • Coordinate design reviews, part functionality, and drawing releases, with support from design leads and challenge groups.
  • Define manufacturing technologies, tooling layouts, and subcontracting specifications, and participate in nomination processes and program targets.
  • Manage supplier evaluations, cost optimization reviews, and activity reviews, including RFQs, timing plans, and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Masters in mechanical or automobile engineering, or MSc/PG Diploma in a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in program management-related activities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, time management skills, and commitment to IATF, TS, and ISO standards.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
