Job Opportunity:

Telesales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a telesales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and manage a high-performing telesales team of 30 executives.
    • Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Sales & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Training & Development:
    • Provide training and coaching to improve communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Operations & Process Management:
    • Ensure efficient use of CRM systems, call scripts, and sales tools.
    • Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and team discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of telesales/inside sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
