About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Design, develop, and maintain the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management processes and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools
