Job Title: Compliance Manager - Real Estate

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shivamogga.

The manager will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance and preparing legal documents. They will provide legal consulting services and manage legal affairs related to real estate projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • RERA Registration & Compliance
    • Handle end-to-end registration of new real estate projects under respective state RERA authorities.
    • Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, declarations, and compliance forms as mandated by RERA.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track and update project details on the RERA portal, including timelines, milestones, and financial disclosures.
  • Liaison & Coordination
    • Act as the key liaison between the company and RERA authorities.
  • Documentation & Legal
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all RERA-related documents, approvals, certificates, and correspondences.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and applicable state rules.
  • Strong legal acumen and documentation skills.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
