AI Resource Management Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Resource Manager Intern to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your engineering foundation to interpret project requirements, forecast skill needs, and optimize resource allocation for high-impact delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast technical resource needs.
  • Develop and maintain structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping.
  • Partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
  • Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands.
  • Support onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects.
  • Continuously refine resource management processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Track project progress and proactively flag potential resource-related risks.
