Job Title: AI Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI Regulatory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and deploying AI-driven regulatory change monitoring solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of prudential and transaction reporting frameworks, including Basel III/IV, EMIR Refit, MiFID II, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, CFTC, SEC, MAS, HKMA, APRA, etc.
  • Additionally, the candidate will have hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and ML techniques for text classification, summarization, entity extraction, and topic modeling.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of regulatory technology. As an AI Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing AI-enabled pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured regulatory publications.
  • Developing automation workflows for regulatory monitoring, impact assessment, and stakeholder notifications.
  • Integrating AI agents with data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses, and regulatory reporting systems.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, compliance, or RegTech projects.
  • Prior experience implementing AI-driven regulatory change monitoring or regulatory technology platforms.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret complex regulations into clear business impacts.
