Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned AI Development Specialist to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI Automation workflows.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to building high-performance applications, integrating third-party APIs, and designing efficient, cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python/Fast API and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask,
  • Optimize database performance using SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Implement asynchronous programming for high-throughput applications using , Kafka, RabbitMQ
  • Work with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and testing
  • Collaborate with data engineers to process and optimize large-scale datasets
  • Develop and integrate machine learning pipelines where necessary
  • Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Ensure high system security, performance, and scalability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ in Python
  • 2+ yrs exp of Gen AI, Open AI, AWS bedrock, crew,ai, langchain, etc
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
  • Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless computing
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
