Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop AI training programs that address real-world industry challenges.
  • Design customized training roadmaps based on training needs analysis.
  • Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum, promoting community-driven innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  • Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
