Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Employee Health and Benefits team.

  • Responsible for servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios and provide expert guidance on risk management.
  • Identify gaps in existing policies and negotiate better terms with insurers.
  • Maintain 100% client retention.
  • Prepare proposals for client presentations and assist with roadshows.
  • Engage with clients to complete Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and booking of business.
  • Collaborate with other practices to explore portfolio-level penetration in client relationships.
  • Interact with relevant risk insurance markets to source the best solutions for clients.
  • Ensure all documentations and policy issuance meet SLA requirements.
  • Track renewals and send timely reminders for premium payments.
  • Provide continuous assistance to clients regarding claims queries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute deliverables for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven leadership skills, including experience as an elected leader.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good networking and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.

Preferred:

  • Domain knowledge.
