Job Title:

Senior Vice President of Wealth Management

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong personal network, deep product knowledge, and a track record of building long-term client relationships while delivering consistent revenue and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
  • Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Postgraduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12-18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable organization.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the region.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
