Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits (C&B) expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality C&B solutions that align with statutory compliance and market practices. You will work closely with our People, Organization, and Culture team to develop and implement annual pay review and bonus processes, as well as compensation and benefits market benchmarking and advisory services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • C&B design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
  • Delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes at our clients
  • Aligning with statutory compliance and being aware of market practices and developments
  • Compensation and benefits market benchmarking, trends, and advisory services
  • Job evaluation and leveling
  • Annual C&B cycle budgeting, management, and execution
  • Presenting solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to clients and internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, with a mix of consulting and field C&B preferred
  • All-round understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen
  • Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights
