Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team in a Chartered Accountant role.

  • Strong knowledge of taxation laws, auditing standards, and compliances is essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances, financial audits, advisory services, reporting, and regulatory matters.

This opportunity offers an excellent chance for fresh CAs or those with up to one year of experience to gain in-depth exposure to taxation, compliance, and audit practices within a global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle tax compliances, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Draft and review audit reports, tax assessments, and financial statements.
  • Support in corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and litigation matters.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns, documentation, and statutory reporting.
  • Provide advisory support on taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance to internal stakeholders.
  • Keep track of amendments in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
