Job Description

We are seeking a senior sales professional to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Consultant. This role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to accelerate deal closures, improve decision maker access, and expand global business opportunities.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will design and execute a sales playbook that drives growth and revenue. Your expertise in B2B IT services sales and consulting will help us refine our go-to-market strategy, optimize lead qualification, and build repeatable sales processes for domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services and experience selling in both Indian and international markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales / consulting
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals (₹50L – ₹10Cr / $100K+)
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services
  • Experience selling in both Indian and international markets (US/EU preferred)
  • Excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative skills
