Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist to manage the dispensing of medications, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure compliance with hospital guidelines.

  • Accurate medicine dispensation as per doctor's prescription
  • Stock, expiry, and reorder level maintenance
  • Proper storage and labeling of medicines
  • Pharmacy record and billing management
  • Patient guidance on dosage, usage, and side effects (if needed)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pharmacy operations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control systems
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients
Requirements:
  • Valid license to practice pharmacy
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
  • Knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices
  • Good communication and attention to detail
Skills and Competencies:
  • Pharmacological Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and therapeutic classes
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate in reading prescriptions and preparing correct doses
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain medication instructions clearly to patients
  • Technical Skills: Competency in using pharmacy management software
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and multiple prescriptions during peak hours
