Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans for assigned Therapy Area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support country medical affairs strategy in line with the global strategy, country insights and market conditions.
  • Coordinate scientific meetings, symposia, congresses and other medical/scientific exchange and engagement activities which could bring value to the therapy area.
  • Ensure enquiries are responded to in a quality, timely manner, and in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Provide medical/scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trial or clinical research related activities.
  • Coordinate review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional materials.
  • Ensure medical insights are provided to cross-functional groups.
  • Responsible for risk identification and assessment, mitigation planning as well as implementation and monitoring of appropriate internal controls within the area of responsibilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Mandatory degree in MBBS or MD with minimum 2+ year industry experience.
  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Execution Project Management.
  • Excellent collaborating across boundaries skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Clinical Trial Design, Data & Reporting Medical Science and Disease Area Knowledge.
  • Experience in Medical Education and Scientific Engagement is highly desirable.
  • Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) / Epidemiology Studies expertise is also required.
  • Medical Governance and Medical Safety knowledge is essential.
