Medical Expert

At Novartis, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lead to support our global strategy in line with overall product goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving medical initiatives that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of medical strategies across assigned therapy areas.
  • Provide scientific input into clinical trial or research related activities.
  • Coordinate review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional materials.
  • Ensure timely execution of engagement activities and events in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, implement mitigation plans and monitor internal controls.

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBBS/MD with at least 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong operations management and project management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in clinical trial design, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of medical science, disease area, and epidemiology.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Ophthalmology and/or immunology expertise.
