Lead Medical Engagement Strategist

This role focuses on advancing scientific collaboration between medical professionals and our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with key medical experts to foster engagement and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and categorize high-priority medical accounts and experts to drive targeted strategies.
  • Develop tailored engagement plans aligned with country-specific priorities.
  • Respond promptly to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations to support trial execution and site education.
  • Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial processes upon investigator request.
  • Serve as a scientific resource for internal teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and product complaints.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and medical affairs processes.
  • Proficiency in scientific communication, including writing and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of disease management, drug development, and epidemiology.
  • Ability to analyze and present clinical data effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Medical Scientific Liaison or similar field-based medical role.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
