We are seeking a seasoned Design and Development Specialist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance Body-In-White (BIW) components and structures for Passenger & Commercial Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative BIW components and structures for Passenger & Commercial Vehicles
  • Support the concept creation process and provide design proposals
  • Collaborate with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), manufacturing, and cross-functional teams for integration and feasibility
  • Ensure compliance with structural, safety, Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH), and homologation requirements
  • Deliver designs aligned with project targets (cost, weight, quality, and timing)

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • B.E / B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), vehicle packaging, assembly processes, and feasibility
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, stamping, and regulations
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part, Assembly, Sheet Metal, GSD, Drawing) and Teamcenter
