Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer - BIW Design Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a BIW Design Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Body-in-White (BIW) components and structures for Passenger & Commercial Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop BIW components and structures using CATIA V5 and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with structural, safety, NVH, and homologation requirements
  • Support VA-VE, concept creation, and innovative design proposals
  • Deliver designs aligned with project targets (cost, weight, quality, and timing)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, vehicle packaging, assembly processes, and feasibility
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, stamping, and regulations
