Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support automated test frameworks for optimal performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Improve systems for scalability and efficiency
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • Conduct code reviews, create documentation, and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the system
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Python and object-oriented design with at least 6 years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in creating, enhancing, and maintaining multi-platform automated test frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in creating automated system tests for software applications controlling networked hardware devices across multiple platforms
  • Experience using automated desktop web GUI testing tools like Selenium or similar
  • Working knowledge of both Windows OS and macOS, with the ability to perform command line operations on both
  • Good understanding of networking concepts and virtual machines
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
