Job Title

Senior Manager, Secondary Loans

As a Senior Manager in our Secondary Loans team, you will play a key role in ensuring that all loan notices are received and processed accurately and timely. You will work closely with agents to ensure that secondary loans are serviced correctly and efficiently. Your expertise will be critical in helping the team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing the loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve excellent customer service standards and promote a culture of openness, trust, and risk awareness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.

Qualifications:

  • 10-14 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in handling systems such as Clearstream, Euroclear, or Bony Graduate.
