Head – Personal Loan (Digital Business)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Personal Loan vertical. This role requires deep knowledge of unsecured lending, fintech innovations, customer acquisition, and credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end profit and loss for the personal loan business.
- Define business plans, growth roadmap, and product strategies.
- Drive customer acquisition through digital channels, partnerships, and co-lending arrangements.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
- Develop innovative personal loan products aligned with customer needs.
- Optimize loan approval turnaround time, onboarding journey, and digital lending processes.
- Collaborate with credit/risk teams to define policies, scorecards, and underwriting models.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and non-performing asset trends.
- Implement robust fraud detection and collection strategies.
- Lead and build a high-performing sales, product, and operations team.
- Manage relationships with fintech partners, credit bureaus, and lenders.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies, auditors, and compliance teams.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations.
- Drive profitability through sustainable interest income, fees, and cost efficiency.
- Regularly track performance metrics – disbursements, yields, past-due levels.
