Job Title: Financial Crimes Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of investigators in overseeing AML Alert Assessments and Case Investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 10 investigators supporting financial crimes compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), financial crime investigations, law enforcement, Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US PATRIOT Act, or fraud
  • Provide guidance on investigations, compliance processes, and regulatory issues
  • Support senior management in conducting regular risk assessments and evaluating existing controls
  • Assist direct reports in identifying and analyzing alert/case patterns and trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing operational teams with expertise in financial crimes compliance, including AML, financial crime investigations, law enforcement, CTF, ABC, BSA, US PATRIOT Act, or fraud
  • Recent experience in using AML Monitoring systems and related software
  • Strong oral communication skills and ability to produce written summaries

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Justice Studies, English, Journalism, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or intensive research, writing, or data analysis
