As a Manager of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drawing overall or individualized development plans that address needs and expectations
  • Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

We are looking for candidates with experience in Voice Process who can work effectively in shifts 24/7. Candidates willing to relocate can also apply. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. A minimum of one year of experience as a Training Manager in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO (customer service) is mandatory.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum one year experience as a Training Manager in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO (customer service)
