Job Title: Digital Visual Leader
We are seeking a talented and experienced visual designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design direction of multiple projects within the agency, ensuring creative excellence, strategic alignment, and a high level of visual execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design Strategy: Take charge of the design vision and creative direction for all client projects, ensuring the final deliverables align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and digital marketing goals.
- Creative Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback, direction, and support to help them grow.
- Client Interaction & Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs, brand goals, and target audiences, translating these into engaging and effective designs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively across digital marketing campaigns and platforms, maintaining consistency and quality throughout.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or video editing, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Expert in Motion Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant animation tools.
- Strong Video Editing Skills: Hands-on experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design to complement motion graphics.
- Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Strong creative ability and a keen eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing: Experience creating motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and websites with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in the execution of motion design and animation, ensuring flawless final deliverables.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team, present ideas effectively, and adapt feedback in real time.
Prioritization & Time Management:
- Efficient Project Planning: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources to meet project requirements, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is highly desirable.
