Digital Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of our online storefront, ensuring products are presented engagingly and accessibly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising, with experience in developing and executing digital visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales on digital platforms.
- Curate and optimize product listings, including managing images, descriptions, and catalog structure.
- Analyze performance data, such as conversion and click-through rates, to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Graphic Design.
- Experience: Proven experience in online visual merchandising, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Skills: Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in design software and CMS, and understanding of e-commerce trends and UX principles.
- Personal Qualities: High ownership mindset, ability to hustle, and bias for action. Excellent stakeholder management - internal and external.
