The role requires an expert in visual merchandising to adapt the Master Design plan store-wise and execute it for store windows, focal points, and product/material displays. The goal is to highlight key products, themes, or promotions.


  • Source and order VM and styling props to enhance the visual appeal of the store.
  • Adapt windows and creatives across region stores as per the calendar to maintain consistency.
  • Conduct research on lifestyle, demographics, and design trends to stay updated.
  • Maintain and be responsible for store upkeep to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Styling:


  • Style the experience centers of the brand to create an engaging atmosphere.
  • Style homes designed by Livspace for photo and video shoots to showcase their expertise.
  • Shop online/offline for products and props to style different customers' homes.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams including photographers, interior designers, and marketing teams to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Manage inventory of styling products and props to ensure timely availability.
  • Schedule and manage photo/video shoots with multiple people involved, including the customer.
  • Cull the pictures for editing to present the best possible outcome.
  • Style 3D rendered images to visualize designs.

Vendor Management:


  • Acquire quotations from vendors to source quality products at the best prices.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely execution of windows and other areas within the specified schedule.
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors and follow up on billing processes weekly.

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably 4-6 years of experience in the home interior or home furnishing industry.
  • Strong creative and design skills.
  • Proficiency in sketch-up or 3D max software and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of Home interiors and styling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
