Overview:
This role focuses on leading the implementation and customization of IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IBM Sterling with other systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized software solutions for clients using IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with teams to configure and customize IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based custom applications software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IBM Sterling OMS software.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
- Minimum 2 years development experience in XML and DOM parser.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Domain knowledge of order management and store systems.
- Experience with IBM Sterling, IBM Sterling OMS, Java, JEE, JMS, HTML/CSS, WebLogic 10, Oracle 11 in Retail software.
