Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile professional to join our team as a Generalist Business Associate.

This is an intense, always-on role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives. It's perfect for someone who enjoys all things business & operations, juggling multiple initiatives and likes rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners - your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to maximise revenue through initiatives such as identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
Requirements
  • Love all things business and sales and be willing to get hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Be able to context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
