Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Associate, based in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. The Legal Associate will handle legal document preparation, analyze legal issues, and provide legal advice and support. Daily tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role also involves collaborating with different departments and providing expert legal opinions to support business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess legal issues and provide solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle various Legal Issues effectively
  • Experience in corporate law or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
