Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Legal Manager to assume a pivotal role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will draft, review, and vet various contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, tender documents, HR & admin-related service contracts, transmission and utility contracts, international contracts, NDAs, MOUs, standard T&Cs, and financing contracts.
  • Providing in-depth legal counsel and guidance on matters such as bidding strategy, Right of Way (RoW) and land acquisition, Transmission Service Agreements (TSAs), Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), indemnity claims, and contractual payment disputes.
  • Conducting thorough legal due diligence and title verification for project development, assessing risks associated with land procurement and RoW.
  • Reviewing final bid submissions for infrastructure projects, handling bid-related legal queries, and providing prompt clarifications to the bidding team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Engaging in direct negotiations with external stakeholders and counterparties, finalizing contracts by ensuring favorable legal positioning while maintaining business objectives.
