Sales Sponsorships Coordinator

Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd is an IT Consulting and Services Company aiming to eradicate unemployability amongst youth PAN India. Our vision is to build a workforce of million+ people delivering projects globally.
The Sales Sponsorships Coordinator role involves generating leads, securing sponsorships with companies and institutions. This requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills to develop trust with potential clients. The revenue generated from sponsorships will be reinvested in our social cause, helping more people across India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting individuals aged 18-30 years through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events. Maintain accurate information on leads in the CRM system.
- Pre-Sponsorship Engagement:
Engage with prospects through outbound calling to understand their needs and requirements. Present offerings and address queries to showcase value.
- Securing Sponsorships:
Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers and close sales deals effectively.
- Post-Sponsorship Follow-up:
Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns post-sponsorship.
Requirements:- Pursuing or completed Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingsness to work on an incentive basis for initial 3 months
- Relevant internship experience desirable
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles along with customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ambitious, adaptive, proactive

- Incentive-based compensation for the first 3 months, followed by a fixed salary based on performance and a rewarding commission structure
