Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical expertise and support for Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, as well as third-party call recording platforms. This includes developing a deep understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Macro dialect scripts (MACDs) in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Understand and work with VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco Voice network models, including voice network devices.
  • Integrate VOIP and Performance Management Tools with other tools and systems.
  • Work with Telecom infrastructure protocols including ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Provide 24/7 technical support for a business environment.
  • Demonstrate experience working with CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
  • Experience with Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to create and implement MACDs in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols and ITIL processes.
  • Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Cisco Voice network models.
  • Ability to integrate VOIP and Performance Management Tools with other tools and systems.
