Position: Business Development Manager CISCO Specialist

Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem and distribution processes.
- Relationships with vendors and channel partners in the IT industry.
- Relevant exposure to Cisco business or experience with any IT vendor.
- Target-driven individual with a track record of successful business development execution.
- Ability to manage and execute transactions effectively.
- Desire to learn about new products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Educational qualification: Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Align sales initiatives with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level.
- Participate in demand generation, marketing, and channel activities for incremental revenue.
- Identify, recruit, enable, and develop business through strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, channel managers, marketing, and business operations.
- Build and manage funnel for vendor business growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and channel partners to win orders.
- Meet or exceed targets in revenue, profitability, and other KPIs.
