Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem and distribution processes.
  • Relationships with vendors and channel partners in the IT industry.
  • Relevant exposure to Cisco business or experience with any IT vendor.
  • Target-driven individual with a track record of successful business development execution.
  • Ability to manage and execute transactions effectively.
  • Desire to learn about new products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational qualification: Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align sales initiatives with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level.
  • Participate in demand generation, marketing, and channel activities for incremental revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, enable, and develop business through strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, channel managers, marketing, and business operations.
  • Build and manage funnel for vendor business growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and channel partners to win orders.
  • Meet or exceed targets in revenue, profitability, and other KPIs.
