Job Title: UCCE L3 Engineer

This position requires a highly skilled professional to support Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions and related technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms is required.
  2. Basic knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting is essential.
  3. Creating MACD in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms is a must.
  4. Understanding VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP as well as ITIL processes is crucial.
  5. Familiarity with Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices is necessary.
  6. Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, including integration with other tools is desired.
  7. Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling is required.
  8. Able to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  9. Experience working with Cisco Voice platform is preferred.
  10. Knowledge of CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is essential.
  11. Strong verbal & written communication skills are necessary.
  12. Coodinate with Third Party Providers for problem resolution and OEMs for incident resolution.
  13. Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
  14. Act as a point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  15. Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  16. Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation, initiating and implementing process improvements.
