We're seeking a skilled customer support professional to drive user satisfaction and loyalty across our platform.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, influencers, and brands on our app.
  • Handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Guide users through the onboarding process and app navigation.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.
  • Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the app experience.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable interacting with users, influencers, and brands.
  • Knowledge of English is a must; Hindi and Telugu are a plus.
