Job Summary

The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise security vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. This includes leading efforts to safeguard Pixis' information systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Develop and implement Pixis' information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls and encryption solutions.
  • Lead security awareness and training programs to foster a culture of security awareness.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of Pixis' operations.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities.

This role requires a strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Security Strategy and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide security strategy aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and laws.

Security Architecture and Engineering:

  • Design, implement, and maintain security architectures, including firewalls and encryption solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security integration into all aspects of Pixis' operations.

Security Awareness and Training:

  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Measure the effectiveness of security awareness training initiatives.

Incident Response and Management:

  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches.
  • Coordinate incident response activities to minimize business impact.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide strategic guidance on security matters to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
