Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's privacy and data protection strategies. With your expertise, we aim to elevate our privacy maturity, provide expert advice, enhance internal procedures, and refine internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the elevation of our organization's privacy maturity and compliance posture, providing expert guidance to various business units and stakeholders.
  2. Direct the review and operationalization of policies, processes to ensure they are current, relevant, and effective in evaluating privacy and AI-related risks.
  3. Design and implement training programs that enhance the team's understanding of privacy and data protection within the context of artificial intelligence and new technologies.
  4. Analyze existing internal processes and procedures related to privacy and data governance, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives for upgrade and compliance.
  5. Serve as an innovative voice for the privacy function at the intersection of legal frameworks and technological developments.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy considerations are integrated into business strategies, product development, and operational practices.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of privacy compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and frameworks.
