Senior Business Development Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our Strategy and M&A team. As a consultant, you will work closely with global clients in various industries to devise strategies for business growth and expansion.

  • Collaborate with Fortune 100 clients in Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Private Equity sectors.
  • Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data to provide recommendations to global clientele.
  • Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients through strategic initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrate expertise in analytical and presentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint and Excel. Conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Show enterprising and collaborative professionalism with ability to work in a team.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/ Big 4 / boutique consulting / corporate strategy / corporate development background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.
